On any given evening… As the waves gently roll in and the sun sets over the Sea of Cortez, music and the clinks of glasses fill the air. Our Chefs place the final touches on inspired dishes infused with authentic local ingredients, the very soul of Baja. The evening can crescendo as dramatically as a private fireworks display, or as intimate as a candlelit nightcap in the oceanfront jacuzzi. As the saying goes, life is too short to not enjoy it.
